• Provide coordination support for virtual or in-person events

• Conduct client intake and follow-up calls

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
• Admin and Marketing Experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and tools such as Canva, Asana, Slack
• English Proficiency C1+
