Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to manage all financial transactions, including payments, expenses, bank deposits, and budgets, while also handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

In Short

• 2 to 3 years of work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
• Responsible for generating invoices and managing daily POS transactions.
• Monitor bank and credit card activities, updating the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly journals and maintain asset registers.
• Handle payroll preparation and GCT schedules.
• Generate weekly cash flow statements and monthly management reports.
• Provide support to the management team and supervise finance and admin staff.
• Must maintain confidentiality and have strong analytical skills.

Requirements
