Are you a proven Digital Marketing leader with a strong background in Amazon advertising? We're seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our eCommerce team. This Digital Marketing Strategist will have the opportunity to lead our digital marketing strategy and campaigns for our iconic, industry leading brands, such as FIJI Water and Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds. Driving sales across Amazon, Instacart and our click and mortar customers.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

In Short

  • Lead strategy, planning, budgeting and execution of full funnel programs that drive sales growth across Amazon, Instacart and other eCommerce marketplaces.
  • Utilize third-party, cloud-based SQL programming for in-depth data mining and audience creation.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and implement optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Build, monitor, and manage sponsored ads.
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams on creative assets for display ads.
  • Execute and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns within Amazon DSP.
  • Support the sales team on their retail customers’ eCommerce capabilities and requirements.
  • Provide insights into digital grocery industry and stay updated on digital advertising trends.
  • Establish, deliver and report on financial metrics for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in marketing data analysis and backend campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of progressive experience working with cloud-based SQL programming.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud or relevant cloud experience.
  • Experience with programmatic ads and deep understanding of the Amazon DSP platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for profitability-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or M.S. preferred.
  • CPG food & beverage industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision making.
  • Strong presentation skills with a data-supported point of view.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Curiosity for eCommerce trends and ability to test and evaluate ad theories.
