Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must have a computer with a minimum specification of Core I5, 12 GB RAM, and Windows 10.
• USB noise-cancelling headset and webcam required.
• Internet speed of at least 35 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to occasional overtime as needed.
