In Short

  • Conduct forensic investigations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
  • Perform code research and construction document review.
  • Prepare scopes of repair and write reports.
  • Manage tasks within assigned projects to meet objectives.
  • Conduct forensic field inspections and assess conditions of structures.
  • Develop expert investigative reports and remediation plans.
  • Engage in business development and maintain client relationships.
  • Provide expert witness testimony for litigation cases.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality deliverables.
  • Support cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and structural components.
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with standard software packages.
