Requirements

• Earned master’s degree with applied professional experience in healthcare or finance.
• Doctorate preferred with five years of experience in healthcare administration or finance.
• Familiarity with best practices in teaching and learning.
• Experience in online higher education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaborative and student-centered approach.
• Experience in contributing to strategic vision and student success.
• Qualitative or quantitative research experience for Doctoral Lead Faculty.
• At least 3 years of graduate-level teaching experience for Doctoral Lead Faculty.
