Digital Asset and Content Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) is seeking a Digital Asset and Content Coordinator to join its Marketing and Communications Team. This position will play a dual role in organizing and maintaining UAGC’s digital asset library and supporting the creation and refinement of written content.

• Ensure alignment with UAGC’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Senior Content Manager and Social Media Manager.
• Publish blog posts on the UAGC website.
• Optimize existing blog content for engagement and SEO.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on content.
• Create social media content and maintain editorial calendar.
• Transfer digital assets to the DAM system.
• Review and update asset tags and metadata.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Knowledge of effective writing techniques for digital platforms.
• Familiarity with branding principles and copyright laws.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
