Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be a pivotal force in accelerating THE/STUDIO's customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on practitioner with strategic awareness to developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the entire B2B customer journey.

• Oversee strategy and execution of Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
• Manage a significant paid media budget for optimal ROI.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns across channels aligned with sales objectives.
• Manage the entire lead lifecycle focusing on lead quality and conversion velocity.
• Contribute to performance reporting and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to ensure lead quality and alignment.
• Continuously research new growth channels and innovative tactics.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
• Expertise in managing Google Ads accounts and B2B targeting.
• Proficiency in Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent understanding of the B2B buyer's journey.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and report on ROI.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
