Student Project Manager (Federal Work Study) - Remote

Overview

The University Annual Giving & Stewardship in the Office of Engagement is looking for a work study student to assist with direct marketing responsibilities and support the Direct Marketing team.

In Short

• Assist with data proofing and execution of marketing communications.
• Conduct research for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain the Advancement Community Marketing Calendar (ACMC).
• Work remotely with periodic in-person collaboration.
• Support the Direct Marketing team in various tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Must be a current UVA student with Federal Work Study eligibility.
• Pay rate is $19/hour for up to 20 hours a week.
• Minimum work hours required is 10 hours a week.

Requirements

• Current UVA student with Federal Work Study eligibility.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
