Webinar Specialist & Lead Generation Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive, energetic Webinar Specialist & Lead Generation Coordinator to host daily/weekly product demos, engage potential clients, and drive qualified leads through compelling storytelling and strategic follow-ups. You will play a crucial role in our growth engine by educating, converting, and nurturing high-intent prospects.

In Short

• Host high-converting webinars showcasing Launchpad's features, tailored to different industries.
• Manage the end-to-end webinar process: planning, scheduling, content creation, tech setup, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design landing pages, email invites, and reminder flows.
• Interact with attendees live—answering questions, highlighting benefits, and encouraging demos/sign-ups.
• Track attendance, lead quality, engagement, and report metrics weekly.
• Conduct follow-up outreach post-webinar to convert leads into demo calls or trials.
• Constantly A/B test webinar formats, hooks, and CTAs for better conversion.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in webinars, virtual events, sales demos, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—you’re confident on camera and quick on your feet.
• Familiarity with webinar tools (Zoom, Demio, GoToWebinar, etc.) and CRM platforms.
• Comfortable writing short, persuasive outreach messages and follow-ups.
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS, AI tools, or B2B marketing.
