Director of CEO Communication - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strong leader for our CEO communication team. Our vision is to help our clients gain visibility on LinkedIn through software and consulting.

In Short

• Drive growth by maintaining client relationships and negotiating new deals.
• Develop personal branding strategies for influential entrepreneurs in the DACH region.
• Directly interact with C-Level clients and build long-term relationships.
• Identify upsell opportunities and manage the entire sales process for existing clients.
• Lead a team of Executive Personal Branding Managers and Content Creators.
• Ensure quality of services across the team.
• Foster team development through feedback and coaching.
• Work remotely while maintaining team spirit.
• Speak fluent German and have strong English skills.
• Be willing to travel for client meetings across Germany.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in a marketing agency or consulting.
• Experience in C-Level communication and personal branding on LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand client needs and develop new offers.
• High standards of quality and structured approach to projects.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience in using LinkedIn and understanding its algorithms and KPIs.
• Fluent in German and very good English skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
