Director of Communications - Remote

Overview

The Director of Communications will be responsible for elevating Deel’s profile and telling its corporate and financial communications updates globally, with a special focus on the US. You will work closely with both internal teams and agency partners to advance our mission.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in communications/PR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Public company and tech/SaaS or HR industry experience preferred.
• Strong media relationships.
• Broad understanding of the media landscape.
• Proven experience navigating crises and complex situations.
• Expertise in financial communications.
• Strong ownership of work.
• Exceptional verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Deel and the mission of the company.
