Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a marketing agency/consulting.
• Ability to guide and lead clients with confidence.
• High standards of quality and structured project management.
• Charismatic and motivating trainer with energy and engagement.
• Self-initiated and proactive in project management.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on output.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
