Overview

The Education Program Coordinator provides support and assistance in the identification, development, and delivery of educational programs or initiatives, ensuring program quality and effectiveness.

In Short

  • Coordinate and implement educational programs and initiatives.
  • Manage program logistics including registration and staffing.
  • Monitor and analyze budgets and financial data.
  • Recruit and hire instructors and presenters.
  • Develop marketing strategies and oversee promotional materials.
  • Design project-related documents and web content.
  • Make recommendations for program improvements based on feedback.
  • Assist in setting operational goals and standards.
  • Represent the unit at internal and external meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with other coordinators and managers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma plus two years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in project or program coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Forward-thinking and flexible mindset.
  • Experience with relevant software (LionPATH, FileMaker, etc.) is desired.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
