Overview

The Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute seeks a collaborative and strategic professional to serve as Administrative Coordinator, supporting the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and other teams in various administrative tasks.

In Short

  • Full-time Administrative Coordinator position.
  • Support the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations.
  • Responsibilities include calendar management, expense reports, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with human resources functions and employee requests.
  • Manage the Institute’s regional office and virtual phone service system.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Some travel may be required (up to 10%).
  • Preferred work location is in Austin, TX or Dallas, TX.
  • Must submit a Cover Letter with the application.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication Studies, or related field.
  • At least two years of directly related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility in adapting to new issues and approaches.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States required.
