Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter to join a mission-driven emergency staffing team supporting crisis response nationwide.

In Short

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly foodservice roles.
• Post and manage job listings using ATS tools.
• Screen applications and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
• Communicate with applicants via phone and text.
• Ensure accurate onboarding documentation and compliance.
• Respond promptly to urgent staffing requests.
• Work closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and confident using ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive; thrives in a remote work environment.
• Clear, neutral English accent is essential.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset.
• Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice is a plus.
• Must have own IT equipment (laptop, internet, headset).
