Overview

The Legal/Compliance Operations Analyst supports Prove’s Legal, Compliance and Risk Department through overseeing various operational processes and collaborating with key business stakeholders to identify problems or opportunities.

• Oversee and manage Prove’s matter management system.
• Manage Legal, Compliance and Risk Department records projects.
• Define and develop business process workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Risk leaders on solutions.
• Support organizational change management objectives.
• Continuously analyze projects for alignment with goals.
• Work with external attorneys on system improvements.
• Manage the signature process for authorized signatories.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a systems or legal operations role.
• Experience with Legal Contract Management systems.
• Experience using task management systems, including Jira.
• Desire to work with privacy and risk management systems.
• Business or Technology/Systems diploma.
• Promote and enhance cultural values.
• Passion for learning about products and markets.
• Preferable experience in high-growth Technology companies.
