The company is the M&A services provider of choice for North America’s top automotive dealership groups, advising on approximately 40 transactions annually. Requirements

• Self-starter with high performance in a remote environment.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
• Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in record-keeping.
• Professional demeanor for effective interaction with senior management.
• Prior experience in M&A or private equity preferred.
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and Pitchbook is beneficial.

Benefits

• Annual base salary of $100,000 - $120,000.
• Bonus potential of 30% of salary.
