Overview

The Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Portfolio and Underwriting department by managing documentation and processing requests for equipment leases and loans while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Manage transaction data entry and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of contracts or related business experience.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of UCC/Lien requirements.
• Experience in leasing or financial services preferred.
• CRM system knowledge.
• Track record in process optimization.
