Business Analyst 3 - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst 3 provides advanced support for assigned business processes and/or systems within a business unit, focusing on analysis, documentation, and improvement of processes.

In Short

• Maintains and updates business processes and systems.
• Researches and resolves complex problems independently.
• Analyzes existing processes and implements improvements.
• Develops documentation and training materials for users.
• Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Generates specialized and ad hoc reports.
• Provides technical support to users and management.
• Acts as a liaison between software vendors and users.
• May lead training or projects as a lead analyst.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• High School diploma with 9 years of experience may be considered.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
