The Green Technology Group, LLC (TGTG) is seeking a talented System Administrator III to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in managing and maintaining enterprise systems, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID and related applications.

In Short

• Full-time remote position.
• Support the inter-agency B2B collaboration team.
• Manage and mentor Help Desk Team members.
• Provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 support services.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies.
• Utilize the VA’s Service Now system for ticket management.
• Develop Knowledge Articles and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Analyze Help Desk metrics and report findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Encourage applications from military veterans and individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity standards.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and related systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in IT Help Desk support.
