• Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
• Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide support during the onboarding process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience.
• Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction techniques in LatAm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions is an advantage.
• Comfortable conducting business in English.
