Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in our fastest-growing market, the USA. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring clients achieve maximum value and success with the platform.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers from the start of their journey, leading onboarding processes.
  • Nurture strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Prioritize customer inquiries and projects efficiently.
  • Monitor product usage to identify underutilization.
  • Recognize upselling opportunities and collaborate on customer growth strategies.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Develop deep product expertise to become a reliable resource.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Founders, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Reside in LATAM, with availability to support US time zones.
  • Demonstrated passion for customer success and experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong empathy and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A desire to make a significant impact within a fast-growing technology company.
