Overview

At the female factor, our goal is to make 1 million female leaders visible by 2030. As our leaders community coordinator you play a crucial role in contributing to this milestone by servicing our female executives and developing long-lasting relationships. This position is about strategically engaging with and expanding a network of high-caliber leaders, fostering business development, and creating impactful leadership opportunities.

In Short

• Coordination of services for executives tailored to their needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison for community members and stakeholders.
• Facilitate high-value networking events and initiatives.
• Conduct conversations with leaders for career transition support.
• Coordinate visibility services for editorial features and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Proven track record of engagement within executive circles.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives.
• Experience in recognizing and facilitating opportunities.
• Proficient in people and project management.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Proficient in online tools such as Slack, GSheets, Airtable, Clickup, Typeform, Canva, and Wix.
