Overview

The CFSP Licensed Training Specialist Sr is responsible for facilitating performance-based learning events focused on specialized skills training in the Children and Families Specialty plan program of North Carolina. This position involves both remote work and fieldwork within the assigned region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years training experience.
• 4 years of clinical experience required.
• Certification/license in the appropriate medical field.
• Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) preferred.
• Graduate degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal engagement skills.
• Experience in trauma-informed care.
• Recognition as a certified trainer in trauma-informed practices.
• Previous international training experience may be required.
