Overview

As an integral member of the leadership team within the Health Department at FSRI, responsible for the administrative oversight of assigned staff and programmatic initiatives that span from birth to adulthood including overall community health and wellness.

  • Responsible for administrative oversight of staff and programs.
  • Represent the department at internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure best practice standards and manage contracts.
  • Work on initiatives to reduce health concerns and improve wellness.
  • Participate in leadership team and subcommittees.
  • Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in disease management and mental health treatment.
  • Knowledge of medical settings and healthcare systems.
  • Ability to work remotely and navigate computer systems.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus and compensated.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human service or public health field.
  • Experience with disease management and mental health.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems.
  • Prior clinical or administrative oversight experience preferred.
  • Experience with Integrated Care initiatives.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Must pass DCYF and criminal record clearance.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%.
