The Boutique COO supports business owners and founders and is looking for an excellent, self-starting, virtual assistant to join the team.

In Short

  • Support a client with on call availability 40 hours/week.
  • Experience in the mental health industry is preferred.
  • Manage projects on behalf of clients, meeting deadlines.
  • Complete a variety of virtual assistant tasks including scheduling and emailing.
  • Conduct lead conversion management and research projects.
  • Perform data entry and other types of projects.
  • Professionally communicate with clients and adjust to their needs.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the USA.
  • Be on call for phone calls 40 hours/week.
  • Grow with the company as it expands.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with virtual assistant tools and software.
  • Experience in the mental health industry is a plus.
  • Availability to work 40 hours/week on call.
