Overview

The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager to manage Electrical Fabrication, Assembly, and Lab/Flight Test Technicians in support of various programs.

In Short

• Manage employees performing activities across multiple Engineering disciplines.
• Develop and execute project and process plans.
• Implement policies and procedures and set operational goals.
• Acquire resources for projects and provide technical management of suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead role.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance preferred.
• Experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5S.
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Test and evaluation experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
