The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Software Engineering Manager (Virtual) to support our Software Products & Capabilities, Common Embedded team. This position is virtual and does not require relocation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading software engineering activities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the software development life cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to change.
• Strong background in embedded software engineering.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration.
