Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in program management for technical programs.
• Experience with RIO processes and Earned Value Management.
• 5+ years of experience preferred in leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing risks, cost, and schedule performance.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
