Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist to ensure and protect people, property, and information while complying with government and company regulations.

In Short

• Conduct compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist less experienced personnel with Internal Security Controls.
• Protect sensitive information through an Operational Security Program.
• Lead the Personnel Security team and manage security processes.
• Conduct security awareness training and education programs.
• Perform Physical Security duties within Boeing facilities.
• Participate in Sub-Contractor Management to ensure compliance.
• Engage in enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities.

Requirements

• Completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years.
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
• 3+ years of experience in NISP, SAP, and/or SCI.
• Experience working in a classified environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Security (preferred).
• Familiarity with National Industrial Security Procedures and Operations Manual (NISPOM) (preferred).
