Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Materials, Process and Physics Technical Analyst to support multiple franchise and development programs, focusing on specialty materials and technologies within Boeing Defense Systems.

In Short

  • Support materials development efforts for Boeing Defense Systems.
  • Engage in specialty materials production and application.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplined integrated product team.
  • Participate in testing and evaluation of materials and processes.
  • Assist in developing technical documents and requirements.
  • Operate laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
  • Innovate products and processes through design and testing.
  • Evaluate suppliers and maintain conformance standards.
  • Document findings regarding failure mechanisms.
  • Continuously innovate for next-generation materials.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience with engineering drawings interpretation.
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • 1+ years experience with composites fabrication.
  • 3+ years related work experience preferred.
  • Basic machining experience required.
  • 1+ years experience with coatings application.
  • 1+ years experience in printed electronics.
  • Experience with Boeing material specifications preferred.
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Person for export control compliance.
