The Boeing Company is seeking a Learning Business Partner with expertise in Learning & Development to consult and develop strategies that deliver effective learning solutions for Boeing Commercial Airplanes.

• Consult and develop BCA Strategy and deliver learning solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align learning initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in developing learning solutions.
• 1+ years of experience managing large-scale projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Agile project management or Lean experience preferred.
• Experience in aligning learning strategy with business strategy preferred.
