DevSecOps Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

The DevSecOps Software Engineer will join Boeing's Mission Operations team to deliver complex solutions in challenging environments, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical platforms for commercial and government customers.

In Short

• Join the Mission Operations team at Boeing.
• Work on full stack web applications.
• Design and maintain backend Java applications using Spring.
• Build and maintain frontend applications using Angular.
• Create and manage APIs and data interfaces.
• Utilize ActiveMQ/Artemis for message queuing.
• Develop REST APIs for service calls.
• Manage and optimize Postgres SQL databases.
• Participate in planning and implementing new software and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance required.
• 1+ years’ experience in web-based development (ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
• 1+ years’ experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Bash and/or PowerShell scripting.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Java, React, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agile methods and tracking tools (Jira preferred).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Junit).
