Overview

The Design Integration Senior Manager will lead engineering and technical activities within the Experimental Systems Group at Boeing, focusing on structure, payload, and subsystem integration design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
• 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in production systems.
• Ability to obtain Tier 5 Security Clearance.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
