Overview

The Regulatory Administration & Airworthiness team at Boeing is seeking an Airworthiness & Regulatory Engineer to support aviation regulations and safety, focusing on certification systems and process improvements.

In Short

  • Coordinate with engineering teams and regulators for aircraft certification.
  • Review certification plans and write regulatory letters.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Expected to be 100% onsite at Everett, WA.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with FAA on Type Certification projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related fields.
  • 5+ years of FAA and/or ODA experience.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in coaching and teaching certification processes.
  • Systems thinking capability.
  • Experience in data analysis and forecasting impacts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with technical presentations.
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities.
