• Requires expertise in DWDM network operations and system deployment.
• Manage configuration, deployment, and upgrading of DWDM equipment.
• Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of DWDM systems.
• Operate and develop optical backbone networks.
• Test new DWDM network solutions.
• Automate commissioning processes.
• Collaborate with network and data center operations teams.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of DWDM technologies.
• Hands-on experience with DWDM platforms like ADVA, Ciena, and Infinera.
• Experience in building or operating high-load optical backbone systems.
• Proficient in Python or another programming language.
• Experience with IP/MPLS equipment.
• Skilled in documenting network designs.
• Experience diagnosing complex data transmission networks.
• Willingness to travel to sites in Europe.
