Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aviation maintenance or operations.
• 5+ years in a cross-functional collaborative environment.
• Experience in reading technical drawings related to aircraft systems.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of work time.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in Procurement and Contract Administration is a plus.
• Experience in project management is desirable.
• Strong presentation skills to executive leadership.
