Overview

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for optimizing and scaling The Block's marketing strategy, focusing on execution and tactical approaches within the digital asset space.

  • Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, particularly in media or fintech.
  • Familiarity with crypto culture and terminology.
  • Bonus: Strong grasp of SEO and analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in relevant fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and SendGrid.
  • Understanding of crypto culture and its nuances.
  • Ability to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience with segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign attribution.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a focus on driving action.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Experience supporting various revenue lines preferred.
  • Familiarity with web3 communities and distribution channels.
  • Ability to write and edit content as needed.
