Overview

The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Remote Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and records for our Canadian clients, ensuring compliance with Canadian accounting standards and tax regulations.

In Short

• Manage financial transactions and records for Canadian clients.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and prepare financial reports.
• Assist with GST/HST and payroll tax calculations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to gather financial information.
• Suggest and implement improvements in bookkeeping processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with Canadian clients.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Solid understanding of Canadian accounting principles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
