Overview

NXT GIG is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions for our operations in both Australia and India. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with financial reporting across our international operations.

In Short

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both Australia and India operations.
• Process invoices and payments, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as required, highlighting key financial insights and discrepancies.
• Support the overall financial management of the company by providing accurate data for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations in both countries.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve accuracy.
