Overview

The Bookkeeper will manage tenant communications, handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and assist with personal financial management, including ensuring timely payment of family bills.

• Maintain accurate financial records for real estate operations.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, tenant payments, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Ensure timely payment of household and personal bills.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenant communications.

• Set up and streamline the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable system.
