Overview

The Northern Tier Shelter Initiative (NTSI) provides consultations, trainings, and strategic grantmaking to advance animal welfare for cats and dogs in multiple states. The Senior Manager plays a key role in managing the budget, administrative processes, data collection, reports, and grant management.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office and Airtable.
  • Experience with budget planning.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
