  • Proven success in managing daily call volume and CRM tasks.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work in a remote setup with reliable internet.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through habits.
  • Willingness to train and support new team members.
  • Available for flexible hours between 7 AM – 7 PM CST.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with fulfillment and support teams.
