In Short

• Work across Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Support to resolve product issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of products including hot fixes and releases.
• Participate in new project development from conceptualization to deployment.
• Maintain application performance, uptime, and code quality.
• Work with agile methodologies and pursue continued learning.
• Act as first responder to customer reported issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Work flexible hours to meet support SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering.
• Experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
• 6+ years in building .NET Core web applications with C# and Entity Framework.
• 3+ years in full SDLC participation.
• 2+ years in front-end development with Angular/TypeScript.
• 2+ years in writing SQL queries.
• Ability to multi-task with a focus on customer delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in unit/integration testing with frameworks like XUnit.
