Overview

Texada is seeking our next experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Experience PMO team. In this position, you will be working in a fast-paced environment to oversee the successful planning, execution and delivery of complex software implementation projects. This position will be primarily customer-facing and will be focused on project management, risk management, application delivery, issue tracking and support of our SaaS business products.

In Short

  • Develop comprehensive project plans for large, multi-phased engagements encompassing multiple software applications
  • Identify and communicate any project risks, issues and dependencies clearly and concisely to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineers, professional services consultants and customers
  • Track project and application issues raised by the customer
  • Track project billing milestones and report their achievement
  • Operate as a strong team player

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in project management
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and/or other similar project management software
  • Strong understanding of software implementation and delivery management
