Oracle HCM Compensation Architect - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Oracle HCM Compensation Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Compensation modules within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation strategy, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and compensation teams.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Compensation Workbench.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on best practices and compliance.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Contribute to change management and user training.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Architect.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Compensation Workbench, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts.
• Excellent understanding of compensation planning and execution strategies.
• Experience in global rollouts and end-to-end HCM implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
