We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their transformation journey with Terrascope.

In Short

  • Guide customers in designing and executing strategic implementations of Terrascope’s solutions.
  • Leverage best practices developed across multiple engagements.
  • Create an end-to-end, seamless measurement and adoption experience.
  • Build trust across customer organizations.
  • Identify strategic opportunities and establish roadmaps.
  • Coordinate technical architectures and set up programmatic governance.
  • Drive execution excellence for the customer’s cloud journey.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including sales and product development.
  • Make data-driven decisions and communicate thoughtfully.
  • Deliver sustainable SaaS experiences.
