Overview

The Legal & Business Affairs Counsel will provide legal support and strategic advice to GoDigital Media Group, handling various legal matters including contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property rights, and compliance.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in relevant jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Strong knowledge of contract and intellectual property law.
• Experience in the entertainment industry preferred.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
