Requirements

• Senior technical leader with deep experience in AI accelerator architecture.
• Comfortable switching between abstraction layers from C++ performance models to software frameworks.
• Strong grasp of AI workloads.
• Understanding of system design and its effects on performance.
• Proven track record in designing AI accelerator architecture.
• Experience with tools like GEM5 or SST.
• Ability to correlate performance models to RTL design.
• Experience in parallel programming (OpenMP, MPI, CUDA, OpenCL).
• Leadership in performance modeling and system optimization.
• Strong collaboration skills.
